These are quoted in Pounds Sterling.
We periodically change our product & delivery prices and
reserve the right to change them at any time prior to your order. Once your
order has been made we will not change your price.
Product Availability:
All our products are subject to availability. If your
order cannot be fulfilled you will be contacted and offered a full refund or
replacement. Likewise if there will be a known delay in despatching your
goods we will contact you and offer you a refund.
We periodically change our product lines and reserve the
right to withdraw or add to our products at any time.
Payment:
We currently accept payment through Paypal. This allows us
to accept major credit and debit cards whilst ensuring the transaction is
secure. All credit/debit card numbers are taken by Paypal and your card
details are not passed to us. We just receive the funds.
Payment is required prior to despatch of your goods.
You will be emailed immediately after checkout by PayPal with your
payment details and receipt.
Delivery:
Our delivery charges are detailed on our
Delivery Charges page. These charges are in Pounds Sterling and apply
only to postage within the UK. The
postage charges will be added automatically to your order at
the checkout. For postage to other locations please
email prior to ordering for a quote.
We reserve the right to use a variety of despatch options depending
on your order. For smaller orders we will normally use
1st Class Royal Mail. For larger orders we will normally use 1st Class
Recorded Mail or Royal Mail Standard Parcels. We are therefore currently
limited to the post office postage delivery times.
We will endeavour to post your goods on the
next working day if the order is made prior to 5pm on a working day.
You will be emailed to confirm despatch and expected delivery
time.
If your product is lost or damaged in transit
we will do everything we can to rectify the problem. We will obtain proof of
postage and/or postage insurance depending on the size of the order to cover
the risk of loss.
Please contact us
after 14 working days from our notification of despatch if you have not
received your goods. If your product is damaged in transit please contact us
immediately.
Refunds:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your
purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the despatch date provided it
is unopened and you send it back in its original packaging and receipt.
Please obtain proof of postage when doing this and contact us prior to
posting so that we can confirm the returns address and expect the parcel.
Once we have received it and have verified its condition you will be
refunded.
Data Protection:
During the checkout process you will be
required to give your personal details so that we can
despatch your order and contact you regarding your order. This information
will only be used for that purpose and we will not pass any of your details
on to a third party.
